PACKAGES INCLUDE:
  All fishing equipment, a professional sportfishing guide, and modern "condominium style" lodging. These packages allow you to choose salmon or halibut fishing. The above packages are suggested packages, and we can design a customized package for your party. We can alter packages for those who wish to shorten or lengthen their time with us. We always try to accommodate your wishes, so please tell us your desires and we will do our best to help you fulfill them.

Your meals are not provided, but your condo has a fully equipped kitchen for those wishing to prepare your own meals. Locally, we have several large grocery stores and over three dozen restaurants for your dining pleasure. Restaurant and grocery store prices are not much higher than prices found in the "lower forty-eight" states. Fish processing and taxidermy services are available in Soldotna. We do not include commercial airline fares, car rentals, licenses, gratuities, and food or beverages.

RESERVATIONS:
  We highly recommend advance reservations to help insure your parties ability to obtain the best selection of dates and accommodations. To make reservations we require a 50% deposit to confirm your reservation dates. The balance for your trip is due upon arrival for your reservations.
  Reservation cancellations made prior to 60 days of your arrival date allow a refund (minus a 10% processing fee). Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to your arrival date do not allow a refund---unless we can rebook your space. For your protection, you may wish to secure trip cancellation insurance from your travel agent.
